The Role:
This role is a full time, 12-month contract covering maternity leave, starting early March 2025.
You will be responsible for providing end to end recruitment services to all our operational sites, including:
Sourcing and reviewing applications.
Phone Screen potential candidates
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Provide a positive candidate experience through established mobilisation processes.
Accurate and efficient data entry
About you:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
A confident and engaging phone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment and/or mobilisation team
Proficient with MS Office suite and other organisational software programs and tools
A proactive individual able to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment
National Police Check
Current & Valid Driver's licence
