The Role:

You will be responsible for providing end to end recruitment services to all our operational sites, including:

• Sourcing and reviewing applications. 
• Phone Screen potential candidates
• Build relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide a positive candidate experience through established mobilisation processes.
• Accurate and efficient data entry

About you:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• A confident and engaging phone manner 
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment and/or mobilisation team
• Proficient with MS Office suite and other organisational software programs and tools
• A proactive individual able to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment
• National Police Check
• Current & Valid Driver's licence
