Job Description
Experienced Workshop Leading Hand required to assist the Workshop Manger's to oversee the highly valued workshop team in our Kalgoorlie Workshop. This position is:
Permanent – Full Time
9 days on, 5 days off - Dayshift Roster
What does the ideal candidate bring to MLG?
HD Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate
Valid and Current Drivers Licence (HR or higher desirable)
Demonstrated experience with:
Cat Loaders 980-990
40-45 Ton Cat Excavators
Kenworth/MACK Prime Movers
Side Tippers
QSK19 Engines
Demonstrated experience leading small teams of tradesmen and apprentices
High Risk Licence - LF, DG, RB/RI/RA (Desirable)
A/C Ticket (Desirable)
Working at Heights Ticket (Desirable)
Knowledge and experience with CMMS - Pronto preferred
Exceptional time management, people skills and a willingness to build a cohesive team
