Due to continuous growth throughout our business, MLG Oz are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administration Supervisor to oversee our administrative operations, both site and central based.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and implementing and maintaining administrative policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Leading the administrative staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations for the administrative staff and implementing training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Providing support to management and other departments as required.
• Implementing a schedule to ensure operational compliance across sites
• Work with support functions such as Finance, Payroll and Commercial to ensure initiatives are correctly rolled out and understood in operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
