Job Description

KEY DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Provide front line customer service to both internal personnel and external MLG customers, including answering telephones and greeting visitors in a positive and professional manner
  • Collect, process, and distribute daily mail
  • Create various professional presentations and posters as required
  • Complete uniforms orders for employees, liaise with suppliers and maintain uniform order spreadsheet
  • Complete end of month requirements in a timely manner in accordance to the procedure manual

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Ability to:

  • Work autonomously and manage your own time efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally, with an excellent telephone manner and friend

Proven experience in/to:

  • Previous busy reception roles
  • Administration positions
  • Working with Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications

  • Current WA C Driver’s License
  • Certificate II or III in Administration or equivalent
