As MLG Oz continues its strong growth trajectory, our Recruitment team is expanding. We are seeking a driven and proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our energetic, high‑performing team. This role has a strong focus on white‑collar recruitment, proactive sourcing strategies, and building sustainable talent pipelines to support our ongoing workforce needs. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services across a diverse white‑collar portfolio. You will be a trusted advisor to the business, partnering closely with hiring leaders while proactively identifying, engaging and maintaining talent pools for current and future needs.
The Opportunity:
Permanent, full‑time role, based in Perth CBD
Working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with two work from home days per week and flexible working arrangements.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across a white‑collar portfolio, from brief through to offer and onboarding.
Proactively sourcing and engaging talent using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals
Building, managing and maintaining talent pools to support ongoing and future workforce requirements
Partnering with hiring managers to provide market insights, recruitment advice and solutions
Managing requisitions in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment while maintaining quality outcomes
Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Supporting recruitment campaigns, talent initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Ensuring accurate data management and reporting within the ATS
Representing MLG Oz at career events, industry forums or recruitment activities as required
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, ideally within resources, mining, infrastructure or corporate environments
Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment in a fast‑moving setting
Strong experience with proactive sourcing and talent pooling
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
A consultative, solutions‑focused approach to recruitment
Experience using ATS and recruitment systems (experience with ELMO highly regarded)
Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities
A team‑focused mindset and willingness to contribute to a high‑performing culture
Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and National Police Clearance
