We’re seeking experienced Operations Supervisors who are ready to lead from the front and drive operational excellence across civil construction and bulk earthworks projects. If you thrive in dynamic site environments and consistently deliver safe, efficient outcomes — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Own
This isn’t just a supervisory role — it’s hands-on leadership in the field.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure civil projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Your impact will include:
Safety First, Always
Champion a strong safety culture across site. Ensure full WHS compliance and foster an environment where safety is embedded in every task.
Operational Leadership
Supervise day-to-day site activities and crews delivering bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and civil infrastructure with precision and efficiency.
Plant & Equipment Performance
Maximise utilisation of civil plant and equipment, oversee maintenance standards, and ensure all machinery is operating safely and productively.
What Sets You Apart
You’re an experienced civil supervisor who delivers results — while building strong, capable teams.
You’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ supervisory experience in civil construction, bulk earthworks, or infrastructure projects
- Experience working with contractors (highly regarded)
- Relevant WHS certifications (e.g. BSBWHS411 & BSBWHS414 or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of fatigue management and site compliance requirements
- Proven cost control, productivity tracking, and reporting capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site-based systems
- A valid driver’s licence
- Section 26 qualification (essential)
