We’re looking for experienced Haulage Operations Supervisors ready to lead from the front and drive operational excellence across bulk haulage and site services projects. If you thrive in fast-paced mining environments and know how to deliver results safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Own
This isn’t just a supervisory role — it’s leadership on the ground.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
Your impact will include:
Safety First, Always
Lead a strong safety culture. Ensure strict WHS compliance and create a work environment where safety is non-negotiable.
Operational Leadership
Supervise site operations and crews to deliver haulage and site services strategies with precision and efficiency.
Equipment Performance
Maximise utilisation, oversee maintenance standards, and ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
Desired Skills and Experience
What Sets You Apart
You’re an experienced supervisor within the mining industry who knows how to get results — and bring people with you.
You’ll bring:
3+ years’ supervisory experience in mining haulage & earthmoving
Previous contractor experience (highly regarded)
Section 26 qualification (essential)
BSBWHS411 & BSBWHS414 certifications
Strong knowledge of fatigue management implementation
Solid cost control and reporting capability
Microsoft Office & systems proficiency
A valid driver’s licence
