Join MLG as a Site Commercial & Process Control Lead and play a key role in driving cost performance, improving processes, and strengthening commercial discipline across our site operations.
This is a high-impact opportunity to move beyond traditional site administration and contribute directly to margin protection, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
About the Role
Working closely with Project Managers and site leadership, you will:
- Deliver real-time cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Identify cost risks early and drive proactive solutions
- Improve and automate key site processes (POs, invoicing, reporting)
- Strengthen governance, accuracy, and compliance
- Reduce admin burden on PMs and improve team productivity
About You
- Experience in cost control, commercial, or project controls roles (mining/resources preferred)
- Strong financial and analytical capability
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Confident working with stakeholders across site operations
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP exposure highly regarded
