Job Description Join MLG! As MLG Oz continues to grow, so do our site project teams. We are seeking Crushing Supervisors with experience supporting Project Managers in delivering operational excellence across our Crushing Operations.
What Will You Be Doing You will assist project operations in supervising project staff and ensuring the safe, efficient and effective delivery of project outcomes. Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:
Work Health and Safety | Ensuring strict compliance with all safety requirements, fostering a strong safety culture and maintaining a safe working environment.
Site Supervision | Supervising all operational areas to successfully deliver the haulage and site services strategy.
Equipment Management | Contribute to maximising equipment utilization while ensuring safe operation and effective maintenance.
What You Will Need To Bring
Mobile crushing experience essential
Preferably worked on Terex Finlay / Metso / Power screen equipment
At least 4 years’ project supervisory experience within mining crushing operations.
Ideally, similar prior supervisory experience in mining services contractor space.
Must hold a Section 26 qualification
Completion of BSBWHS411 - Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures, and programs and BSBWHS414 - Contribute to WHS risk management.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office and project/organisational systems.
Good understanding of cost control and reporting.
Proven ability to apply critical thinking and resolve complex matters.
High level of accountability and responsibility, with a strong work ethic and a great work attitude.
Well developed time management and project delivery skills in fast paced, busy environments.
A proactive leader who champions change and inspires others to achieve positive outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the workforce and external stakeholders.
