Due to continued growth and an uncompromising commitment to SAFETY, MLG Oz is seeking experienced WHS Advisors to join our high-performing Work Health & Safety team across Haulage, Crushing, Mining and Civil projects in the Goldfields, WA.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be a key driver of safety performance, actively promoting positive WHS behaviours and ensuring compliance across site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
Reinforce required WHS behaviours through meaningful engagement
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Maintain and manage the Site Training Matrix
Ensure audits and inspections meet site and legislative requirements
Ensure incidents are reported, investigated, and closed out correctly
Support injury management and return-to-work processes
Act as the first point of contact for WHS advice on site
What You Bring
Australian working rights & Australia-based
Cert IV or Diploma in OHS/WHS
Cert IV Training & Assessment (desirable)
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Ability to pass pre-employment medical & DAS
Experience with safety systems (MYOSH or similar)
Strong understanding of WHS legislation (state & national)
ICAM Investigation trained
Sound injury management and RTW knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A genuine passion for safety leadership
