Job Description
FIFO Site Administrator
Are you an experienced Site Administrator who enjoys being at the centre of a busy mining operation?
We're looking for a capable and proactive administrator to join our FIFO site team. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day running of operations by coordinating mobilisation, travel, reporting, payroll administration and site logistics while working closely with site leadership.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting site operations through a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including:
Daily reporting and data entry
Mobilisation and onboarding coordination
Flight and accommodation bookings
Roster management and workforce tracking
Timesheet reviews and payroll support
Purchase order creation and invoice processing
Contractor and labour hire administration
Meeting minutes and site communications
Maintaining registers, records and databases
General administrative support to site leadership
What You'll Bring
Previous FIFO Site Administration experience within mining, resources or civil construction
Strong experience coordinating mobilisation and workforce logistics
Confidence managing rosters, timesheets and payroll-related administration
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach
A proactive mindset with a willingness to support the wider team
Current C Class Driver's Licence
