  • Commercial Control – Manage budgets, control costs, and protect profitability.

  • Risk & Decision Management – Identify risks early and act decisively to eliminate disruption.

  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, commercially focused client partnerships.

  • People Leadership – Recruit, lead, roster, and performance-manage high-performing site teams.

  • Maintenance Strategy – Implement and control structured maintenance programs to maximise uptime.

  • Systems & Governance – Develop site-specific procedures, manage purchasing (PRONTO), and deliver clear executive-level reporting.

  • Incident Leadership – Lead investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in crushing and screening or mobile mining operations.

  • Strong operational knowledge with a commercial mindset.

  • Relevant qualification, trade background, or QM Ticket (highly regarded).

  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to safety.

  • Current Manual Driver’s Licence and valid National Police Clearance.

What’s In It For You

  • Attractive Salary + Family-Friendly 8:6 Roster

  • Up to $50K per year in Quarterly Bonuses for safe, efficient delivery
    + Project Completion Bonuses

  • Full-Time, Permanent Role with Long-Term Job Security

  • Flights & Accommodation Provided

  • Novated Lease & Salary Sacrifice Options

  • Supportive, Approachable Management

  • A Strong Team Culture with Recognition for Outstanding Performance
